Product Features
This product is a high-performance, cost-effective pure acrylic emulsion specially designed for industrial furniture. It is formulated with premium eco-friendly additives and specialty monomers, refined through advanced power-law polymerization technology. The product features excellent film formation, high hardness, and superior sandability. Recommended for use as both primer and topcoat on various types of wood. Free from formaldehyde and APEO.

Appearance: Milky white with slight bluish tint liquid
Solid Content: 40–41%
pH Value: 7.0–9.0
Viscosity (No. 3 cup, 60 rpm): <500 cps
Minimum Film Formation Temperature (MFT): 18°C
Special Notes:
1. This product is packed in plastic drums; packaging specifications can be customized according to customer requirements.
2. Store in a dry, well-ventilated indoor area away from direct sunlight. Storage temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C.
3. Shelf life is six months from the date of packaging. If beyond this period, retest before use; only use if test results are satisfactory.
4. For paint formulation, deionized water is highly recommended. When adding pigments, non-ionic pigment dispersants are preferred.
